Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your online order, please Contact us as soon as possible.
If you cancel before your order is dispatched, you will receive a full refund.
If your order have already been sent, your order can no longer be cancelled.
To return a product once your order arrives, please follow the Returns process. Please note that in such a case your delivery fee will not be refunded.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Email us at sales@kissanimeoz.au to check delivery rates and availability. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable. Please contact us prior to placing an order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Pick-up is available from our store.
  • We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 1-7 days.
  • Express shipping is available for all domestic orders (at an additional charge).
